  Facility was very nice, but was not up to our expectation neither were their services. We were told the viewing would end at 8 pm but we had until 9 pm to leave. A staff member stood in the middle of the chapel at 7:30 pm and told everyone in English they had 30 min to leave, I mention the usage of the English language because everyone spoke Spanish not everyone understood what was going on. We planned a little speech at the end for the people who were with us through such a hard time, but the staff simply asked everyone to exit. There were other people outside waiting to come in and were not let in by the staff, again it was 7:30 pm. Moving on, the funeral director was just seen at the beginning of the service only because we had to sign some paper work, which we thought all paperwork should have done before the service during the meeting we had when everything was paid. We never saw this man come in the room again. I left a voicemail for the funeral director at the time and I still have not received a call back from him. Also, the photos that were uploaded onto the website were not all shown. I am just glad my relative was not buried in this place, we only had the viewing in this place. Since my relative was going to buried at another location it took the staff over a week excluding the weekend to get the paper work in place. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please look for other funeral homes with better customer service and someone who takes in consideration the families grief.

  They took great care of my mom it was beautiful and I would recommend this funeral home to anybody.

  Nice place! Huge oak trees make you feel like a good resting place. Pretty expensive. Hopefully I get cremated but those who want to get buried should look at this place!

  Place: The Facilities themselves were very nice. When I attended the funeral, I was never taken out of the moment by thinking something was missing or out of place. Almost everyone who attended has a place to sit and the podium was well positioned. I was a pallbearer at teh funeral and the directors helped us execute our duties with the dignity due to the dead.
  
  Price: I was not present during purchase of services.
  
  People: All of the employees treated me and the other guests with respect.
  
  Parking: If you know the funeral will be crowded come early. Parking was a little tight. I cannot recommend alternative parking for this location.

  My mother has been buried since September 2016
  Came by January 28, 2017 to visit my mothers grave site looks horrible we came here because we thought that it was a good nice kept up place we were wrong!
  
  Unleved dirt piled on top of her gravesite no grass on top of her grave if they Put dirt that's ok I don't understand why they didn't level it at least make it look presentable until they got grass.
  
  Call the office and somebody will get back with me in a week!
  
  Hopefully this doesn't happen to somebody else's family or loved one!
