  WARNING FOR ALL : DO NOT! DO NOT! DO NOT! DO NOT! DO NOT! DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE THAT BY CHOOSING THIS COMPANY WITH SHERRY SILVA. WE TRUSTED HER AND PAID HER IN FULL FOR MY LATE SISTER'S MARKER AND STILL HAVE NOTHING!!!!! SHE HAS STOPPED ALL COMMUNICATION WITH ME AND MY ENTIRE FAMILY AND WILL NOT RETURN ANY CALLS. I BEG YOU TO NOT GO THROUGH WHAT WE HAVE BEEN GOING THROUGH. SHE HAS A LOT OF BAD REVIEWS BUT SOMEHOW A POSITIVE REVIEW "SUDDENLY" APPEARS AFTER A NEGATIVE ONE. THE BAD REVIEWS ARE ALL TRUE BASED ON OUR EXPERIENCE THUS FAR. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. IT'S BAD ENOUGH TO LOSE A LOVED ONE BUT TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE IN THE TIME OF MOURNING IS JUST COLD AND HEARTLESS. SHERRY SILVA YOU HAVE MY PHONE NUMBER, CONTACT ME OR MY SISTER. YOU STATED OUR MARKER WOULD BE COMPLETE AND PLACED BY 9/20/2016 OR ELSE YOU WOULD GIVE US A REFUND. WE NEED A FULL REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT YOU AND OF COURSE NO RESPONSE AS USUAL.

  Sherry was very helpful. She was able to give us options to get our loved one's marker in time for his birthday. We were on a right time crunch and she did it! She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied. Thank you!

  What is certain in life, is our passing and yet when it comes to loved ones , it is extremely difficult to accept.
  These are the trying times that you need all the love and support you can get to make the days less difficult.
  I can not speak highly enough of the people at the cemetery store. They are simply wonderful.
  However, I do want to thank one person in particular and that is Sherry.
  Sherry is a delight, understanding and most important of all, she is thoughtful.
  I highly recommend them. Let them take care of everything for you. Great prices, great service and honest .

  I was hoping I could give a zero or a negative star rating but I can’t - one is the lowest.
  
  Every family that has lost a loved one deserves to be dealt with dignity, respect and be given straight and honest responses. Anyone who deceives and steals from a family during one of their weakest points is beneath deplorable – the lowest of the low.
  
  Sherry Silva, the owner, severely lacks the qualities necessary to run this type of business or a business in general for that matter. After paying in full almost a year ago we still do not have a product. We have tried several times to call and have been to her place of business on a weekly basis and she does not answer and is never there.
  
  In addition, through the course of this unfortunate situation we have meet 4 others customers that all have the same story… missed deadlines, poor communication, hidden cost, false promises, unprofessional, etc...
  
  In short, my experience has been horrendous. I would never recommend The Cemetery Store, even if you were my worst enemy.

  I had no issues at all with Ms Sherry, very nice lady to work with and got our dads monument out within a month as promised.
  
  I would recommend her to other people, also gave us a great discount on 2 vases with our monument purchase.
