  Did our Catholic engaged encounter here. It was very worth it since you can get it done in one weekend. You'll hit all the hard hitting questions that need to be hashed out before you get married. Just be prepared to write a lot. The format goes: group session on a major topic, break off and write about it individually, then meet with your significant other and exchange notebooks, discuss as a couple. You get out what you put into it. They aren't going to force you to take it seriously, but you paid good money to be there so it's a waste if you decide you're above doing it.
