  THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE. E. GRIMES IS VERY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND GOT MAD WHEN I CALLED HIM OUT ON THE SUBSTANDARD WORK HE DONE ON MY LOVE ONE. DURING THE SERVICE OF MY LOVE ONE HE ACTUALLY YELLLED DOWN THE ISLE AT ME THE AUNT "DON'T DISTURB THE BODY" AT THIS POINT I WAS JUST PATTING HIM. I THEN TURNED WALKED DOWN THAT ISLE AND TOLD HIM IF HE HAD DOWN A BETTER JOB HE WOULDNT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ME TOUCHING HIM E. GRIMES EXCHANGED WORDS (I DID NOT CUSS HIM) BUT HE COULDNT HANDLE ME POINTING OUT ALL THE THINGS HE DID WRONG AND THE THINGS LIKE HIS HAIR THAT HE DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO DO. E. GRIMES THE OWNER GOT MAD AND CALLED THE POLICE ON ME. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESSMAN IS THIS? MIND YOU THIS ALL HAPPENED DURING THE SERVICE!!! PART 1 MORE TO COME. THIS EXPERIENCE I WILL NEVER EVER GET OVER.WE WERE TRYING TO SEE OUR LOVE ONE FOR 2 WEEKS HE WOULD NOT LET US COME THEN E.GRIMES HAD THE NERVE TO SAY HOW HE NEVER SEEN US HOW WOULD YOU SEE AND YOU DIDNT LET/ALLOW US COME.

  I have called the funeral home to ask about services there and the person who I spoke with was extremely rude to me. I do not appreciate being spoke to in that demeanor. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for any kind of needs, these people do not care, and have absolutely no people skills.
