  Called them 8 times to schedule an appointment. Left a voicemail several days ago and have not heard back from them. So strange that out of 8 calls, no one picked up the phone.

  The doctors here are nice enough, but getting an appointment and dealing with the office staff is HORRIBLE. They are rude, lazy, and wouldn't lift a finger to help a patient in obvious distress who needed a medication refill - wouldn't even let the doctor know what was going on or allow direct communication with them.

  Front desk is very unfriendly. Not very nice to new clients or to anyone. They don't answer the phones. And if you get a hold of them there very rude. They definitely need new front desk people.
