  Very friendly people!!! Great bible based bible study!!! Adult and children of all ages bible study. Pastors and laypeople lead the bible studies. Liturgical church services.

  Even on Sunday, it's completely not approachable.
  Worse still, as a puzzling measure of insecurity, there are NO postings advising visitors and newcomers how or where to obtain information.
  
  That metric, in itself, is most un-Christian, in deed and practice.
  
  If they feel they must go to such drastic measures to keep people out, how can one possibly feel safe?
  
  No, this puzzling need for such massive "fortification" speaks of paranoia or, worse still: purposeful exclusion.
  
  This church and its members must feel it's so very dangerous to attend services, there, in what they must consider to be such a high crime area, that they need what appears to be guard shacks in order to attend a peaceful religious service.
  
  Otherwise, again, it's a measure of paranoia.
  
  Funny enough, since the church grounds border on a rather lovely part of town, in which nearby homes don't seem so burdened with such high security measures, one must assume, that for a church, this means it's ruled by not very Christian-like people.
  
  AND, I do mean to use the word: "rule."
  
  If this "church" is meant to be more a school than a church, then the prison like fencing makes one fear the students are dangerous to the gentle neighborhoods located nearby.
  
  I fear most sensible people will find it necessary to take a pass on this fort. Indeed, choose a church instead.

  I attended this church as a visitor on Ash Wednesday, yes it was months ago. Even though I was a stranger I was not made to feel as a stranger and they were very friendly. If I lived in Houston, my family of six would not hesitate a second to join this church.
