  Programs were to be corrected 4 hours before funeral. Assured all corrections done. Did not see program until funeral and original errors corrected but new ones surfaced with black line above and below picture. Tried 6 times over 2 years calling and also left messages and went to funeral home speaking to his wife. No return calls from Mr Kay. All I wanted was 10 corrected copies. Sad

  The worst experience ever, when you have family and step family dealing with the burial of your Dad. Pruitt was not and does not know how to handle a situation when two parties are not agreeing. We were told that they would only deal with the person that signed the contract which was the step and we were not told this in the beginning. We were not allowed to view our Dads body without the step being there or his program until the day of the funeral of which I wrote up and the step made changes to. Once we say the program the day of the funeral it was one sided and it had misspelling in it. No one should ever have to go thru this so be very careful when dealing with Anthony, Kay and Venessa. They are all unprofessional and communication is terrible.

  I would just like to say a very big Thank you so much to Pruitt's in the Heights for taking such good care of my Daddy as well as our family. Their services were affordable as well as inclusive of every extra that we needed. From the beautiful flower spray, casket, programs, slide show video, etc. and especially the genuine caring that was bestowed upon my Father as well as our family. Their chapel is beautiful and just what I had pictured for our service. I must say that I am very particular when it comes to details and Pruitt's met every request that I had made. A special thank you to Anthony and Cassandra for their patience and genuine caring ways. They both went above and beyond and I will be forever thankful that I chose this funeral home. In my time of such great sorrow and grief having Anthony and Cassandra to walk me through all of the planning will forever be remembered in my heart! A new friendship and family was made. God Bless you All!
