  Can I say job well done to Troy B. Smith and staff. You guys did an amazing job with the services provide for my uncle's burial. I cannot express how much my family really appreciates you and your team professionalism. I would definitely recommend.

  My father was recently buried through Troy B. Smith and the experience was unbelievable. There are two words that describe their service: professional and courteous. The work they did for my father was amazing. Everything that we asked for was provided and the level of professionalism was perfectly executed. I will definitely recommend Troy B. Smith to anyone that has a loved one that has transitioned to the other side.

  Troy B. Smith has performed Home Going services for my Mom, and two aunts. My mother's memorial was very nice, professional, and priceless. My Aunts both were so beautiful. They looked like porcelain dolls. As far as the owner- Troy B. Smith, he is not rude and has always had a calm demeanor. Emotions run high after the loss of love one. We get angry, disappointed, and look for others to blame for our grief.

  My brother was buried in a white shirt that didn't match his suit and that had make up stains on it. There were loose hairs in his ears and on his lips before I myself removed it a few minutes before the public viewing of the body. His lips had no color. All of these matters I addressed with the mortician during the family viewing the day before the funeral - none of them were fixed. The director refused a brown shirt from my mother because he said only next of kin could make those decisions, despite the fact that my sister-in-law agreed. He was upset that he received info for the printed programs in 3 different emails, and in a phone conversation with me two days before my brother's funeral he viciously threatened, "There may not be a service on Friday." I would never want any grieving family to experience the lack of compassion and the outright rudeness of this man. His other staff members were mostly pleasant.

  My moms home going was simply amazing! From the very first phone call until the last call professional helpful and very friendly. Could not have made a better choice. Thank you Troy B Smith and your entire staff for everything. You guys Rock!
