  Ruben has assisted me is the burial of my brother, mother, and recently my sister. Vazquez Funeral Home provides a very professional funeral service based on dignity and respect. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reasonably priced burial. The entire staff will help at your time of need. Thanks from the Guidry family.

  Please take your loved one some where else if you want a respectful service. The lady here is just horrible. She is always complaining that people are leaving trash were there is not, snapping her fingers to whoever she feels like, and her attitude is just horrible. This lady has no respect for the lost loved one! DO NOT RECOMMENED THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!

  This place made my grandfather's funeral service a nightmare. We went to the funeral service in Spring Branch. The woman who helped us out (Margaret Moreno) gave us such terrible service! She has a really bad way to talk to people who have just lost a loved one. Her tone of voice is extremely disrespectful, if you meet her, you will understand....My family and I agree that she ruined our grieving and last moments with my grandfather. Throughout the whole service, she kept complaining about my family eating outside in the parking lot, and "making a mess." When there was no trash being left around.
  
  The AC did not work that day, and my dad had to buy 4 fans (out of pocket) because Ms. Margaret was not doing anything to make it better. Everyone was sweating and frustrated, and we were all concerned about my grandfather's dead body.
  
  The refrigerator was also not working, which was not mentioned at the time we signed the contract, but we were definitely charged for it. We had no place to store our snacks that we had for our guests who came from far away to attend the service.
  
  She also kept talking about her personal life EVERY TIME she was making an announcement, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional.
  
  Seriously, if you want your loved one to have a peaceful funeral service, find another place but this one.

  You can tell they really care and give great service. I would refer other family members to this funeral home in the future.
