  They are a huge waste of time. They never explained all whole process or how much paperwork they needed. We Let's hope we get our ashes soon.

  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! TOOK FOREVER TO GET OUR LOVED ONES ASHES, THEN THEY LOST THE URN. WE WERE TAKING OUR LOVED ONE OUT OF TOWN TO SPREAD THE ASHES, BUT HAD NO URN. HAD TO BUY ELSEWHERE AND TRANSFER THEIR ASHES TO THE URN OURSELVES.....CAN YOU IMAGINE!!!
