  The first review is very true, they treat their employees horribly! Carriage Services IS a horrible company to work for! They also terminated me because another employee lied on me and there was no investigation, no questions asked, just fired. Just a few months earlier, they were praising me for making the most sales in one month. They also want you to reach unrealistic goals and penalize you for not taking advantage of old ladies and selling them $10,000.00 caskets that they can't afford. I guess they figure that everyone should be able to buy a $20,000.00 funeral in these tough econonic times, Carriage services SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!

  I have worked with the people at Carriage Services for the last four years.
  
  This organization is full of like-minded individuals who care about not just being good but being GREAT. I have spoken to over one hundred managing partners, and each one tells me that they love their job, and are excited about their future with Carriage. If I were a funeral director, I would not hesitate to send my application to this company.
